BIM Surveys Yorkshire
Building Information Modelling Survey
CT Surveys is a Yorkshire based company that specialises in BIM (Building Information Modelling) Surveys.
From our headquarters in Wakefield, Yorkshire, our experienced team of building surveyors can help you with projects across the entire county. Using the latest electronic surveying equipment, our surveyors are able to produce accurate survey data that is efficiently collected, edited, and supplied in a range of formats. Those formats include DWG, DXF, PDF, and hard-copy plots upon request. Our surveys are used for a variety of purposes and provide a birds-eye view of a site. The level of information surveyed and shown on the drawings is tailored to individual needs and client specifications.
The vast majority of BIM Surveys carried out by CT Surveys come through referrals and word of mouth; a testament to the quality of building surveys we constantly provide to our clients throughout the Yorkshire region.
We can produce survey drawings and 3D Models to a very high standard. We take pride in the presentation of our work and are known for the quality and clarity of our finished product.
At CT Surveys we place an emphasis on providing quality survey drawings and accurate 3D models. We are happy to provide examples of previous surveying work and references from our existing clients.

to advise if laser scanning might be the best solution for your project.
BIM & 3D Modelling
Since 2014 we have been able to provide services for clients who require 3D models for BIM (Building Information Modelling) using our in-house BIM technician. We can construct a 3D environment either from a laser scanned point cloud or detailed 3D terrain
CAD drawings for building contractors, designers or architects for anything from a one day to a 3 month project.
Once the survey data is captured the 3D ‘point cloud’ can be imported directly into BIM software and then the process of drawing or modelling around the point cloud data can begin.
